Biography Kingsley & philla is a gospel reggae, ragga, dancehall, hippop and rnb
music group based in their home country Uganda in Kampala city the
capital.
The group met four years ago and have since produced two commercial
music albums, however their fire fall album turned out to be their
break out album with over seven hit singles on the Uganda gospel music
count downs, after just five months of release.
The group won the prestigious olive gospel music award for best Reggea
music group in Uganda in November 2011, and through their Fire Fall
album God has opened them doors round the world to spread the love of
Christ through music to all kinds of people.
The group in summery owe their inspiration, motivation to the word of
God and testify of the love of Jesus which has lifted the group from a
low to the most celebrated contemporary gospel music group in Uganda.
The group has on top of their own music helped inspire so many young
and up coming gospel music artists in Uganda, helping them in music
production and song writing.
The group has a vision towards people to evangelise and bring many to
Christ as well as encourage many more to keep the faith through
organising community based voluntary work as a way of giving back to
society especially to the unprevillaged young people, organising
Christian talent shows and helping bring up more Christian music
artists among many more ventures.
